On Monday, December 13, 2021, our Institute hosted a conference of the labor collective on the conclusion of a new collective agreement for 2022-2026. In accordance with the Regulations on the conference of the labor collective, 31 delegates were elected from among pedagogical, scientific and pedagogical workers, employees and applicants for higher education. The mixed form of the conference allowed all delegates to be present.
The conference addressed three issues on the agenda. Information on the first question on changes to the Regulations on the conference of the labor collective was made by the chairman of the primary trade union organization of the Kovalska Institute NV Amendments to the Regulations were adopted unanimously.
The dean of the Faculty of Social and Linguistic Communication VG Marakhovska reported on the second issue of the agenda. to the director. Familiarity with this document should be mandatory for every member of the institutional community.
The discussion of the third issue of the agenda began with the report of the administration of the Institute on the implementation of the collective agreement for 2017-2021.
