The State Research Institution "Institute for Modernization of Educational Content" of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine plans to conduct a survey among researchers, students of higher education institutions on "Implementing the autonomy of Ukrainian higher education institutions in the context of European experience of university autonomy." The study will be conducted in April-June 2019 on complete anonymity.
