On the eve of the World Mental Health Day (World Mental Health Day), October 10, 2024, we are starting the activities of the autumn Week of Psychology at GIIIM.
This year, the Center for Psychological Support of the GIIIM, teachers of the Department of Psychology and master's students of psychological specialties of the Faculty of Social and Language Communication have prepared various webinars and master classes that will help participants:
- find additional personal resources in an exhausting situation,
- know how to support another person in a state of grief or in an emergency crisis situation,
- learn the latest effective psychological self-help techniques
