On April 17, OSCE representatives met with GIIM students who had moved from the territories not under Ukraine's control to Bakhmut to study in the dormitory of the Horlivka Institute of Foreign Languages (2 Yuzhna Street). The issues were mostly related to the living conditions in the dormitory and relations with other residents of the building. The leader of the monitoring group Amir Busnov conducted a poll among those present and noted that the situation of displaced students in our city can be called the best compared to other settlements close to the zone of armed confrontation.
