On May 23, the music and literary café "Lace of Thoughts" hospitably opened its doors in the assembly hall of GIIM. Polished, filigree poetry of representatives of modern Ukrainian poetry O. Irvants, E. Asadov, V. Mayakovsky, A. Lyubka, L. Yakymchuk, skillfully recited by Maxim Shevchenko, Inga Frolova, Marina Usenko, Margarita Panshina, Anna Dolgy, Natalia Zhyrno performed by the teacher of wind instruments Yu. A. Danilchenko and the teacher of piano and synthesizer SV Smilovsky PSMNZ "School of Arts" № 2 p. Experienced, insightful videos, performance prepared by Svetlana Skugorina and Alina Sidorova left unforgettable impressions and a whole range of bright feelings in the hearts of visitors. We are sincerely grateful to the associate professor of the Department of Ukrainian Philology IO Sklyar for an innovative approach to the event, for a meaningful and emotional story about the life and work of true masters of the word.
The final chord of the meeting was the presentation of a collection of poems "Puppet Revolt" by Natalia Kovalska, a lecturer at the institute, and speeches by Bakhmut poets Viktor Shendryk, Serhiy Shkuropat and Mykhailo Korotunov.
On May 24, the Day of Slavic Literature and Culture, the corridors of GIIM were decorated with bright, information-rich wallpapers, the authors of which approached the task creatively and responsibly. At the end of the day, the jury summed up the results of the wall press competition and determined the winners.
Thus, the May wreath of wishes to the native institute from the Department of Ukrainian Philology and the Department of Linguistics and Russian Language of the FSMK is woven. However, the anniversary marathon is not over yet. To be continued…
