On December 17, an online roundtable was held to discuss the challenges and opportunities of creating a Center for Psychological Resilience and Well-being at the State Institute of International Relations of the State Higher Educational Institution "DSPU". The event was attended by representatives of the European partner universities of the project: the University of Latvia, the University of Tartu, and the International Psychoanalytic University.

Project manager Assoc. Prof. Tetyana Borozentseva began the meeting with a presentation of the SWOT analysis, outlining the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats for developing the Center for Mental Resilience and Well-being at the institute.
She emphasized that the success of the future Center will be determined by the existing experience of volunteer work of teachers of the Department of Psychology in psychological support of students and employees of the institute in conducting systemic measures in psychoeducation, psychoprophylaxis and psychocorrection ("Psychology Weeks", "Warm Wednesdays", individual psychological counseling).
Representatives of European universities provided sound advice on the organization of the Center and the services it would provide. After discussion by the project team, it was decided to focus the activities of the Center for Psychological Resilience and Well-being on the following areas:
- Crisis counseling: providing immediate support to applicants and employees during emotional stress, psycho-emotional relief
- Psychoeducation and psychoprophylaxis – dissemination of information to learn skills to improve mental health.
- Psychocorrection in cases of existing mental health problems (individual and group work)
- Development of social skills – promoting interpersonal communication, self-organization, and teamwork.
- Career guidance – helping applicants and applicants identify career options and develop career planning skills (individual and group work).
The center will be equipped with special equipment purchased with project funds, which will facilitate the implementation of the center's tasks.
