🔹 Registration of the electronic account of the entrant 2025
All applications for admission to higher education institutions in 2025 are submitted online via electronic accounts of applicants.
🗓 Registration for electronic accounts lasts from July 1 to October 20, 2025.
👉 Registration takes place on the website: https://vstup.edbo.gov.ua/
📌 What is needed to register an office?
- E-mail, which will be the login for logging in.
⚠️ You cannot use emails with domains prohibited in Ukraine (for example, mail.ru, yandex.ru). - Certificate of NMT or external examination (choose one of: 2022, 2023, 2024 or 2025):
- number, PIN code, year of receipt.
- Document about education obtained (certificate, diploma, etc.):
- series and number.
- Identity document (passport/ID card) and RNOKPPP (identification code).
- Documents confirming the right to benefits (if available).
- If there is no NMT certificate - select the check mark "I don't have any NMT certificates" and register an account with an identity document.
🗂 What documents do I need to upload after activating my account?
- Contact phone number (+380…), optionally – several numbers or a foreign number.
- Color photo 3×4 cm in JPG/JPEG format, size up to 1 MB.
- Other NMT/ZNO certificates (if available): add number, PIN code, year.
🧑💻 Where to get help?
The admissions committees of higher education institutions employ counseling centerswhich will help:
- create an office;
- submit applications;
- upload the necessary documents.
❗ Important
❌ After submission Editing the cabinet is not possible after the first application. Carefully check the data before submitting!
✅ Education document must be not earlier than 1998Otherwise, just a paper application.
📝 Application submission
For bachelors (based on 11 grades or junior bachelor):
⏰ Accepting applications: from July 19 to 6:00 PM on August 1
✅ Up to 5 budget applications (with priority from 1 to 5)
✅ Up to 10 contract applications
🗓 Publication of recommendations: by August 6
📌 Confirmation of place (budget): by 18:00 August 9
📥 Budget credit: up to August 11
📥 Enrollment in a contract: until August 30
For masters (based on a bachelor's/specialist's/master's degree):
⏰ Accepting applications: from August 8 to 6:00 PM August 25
🗓 Publication of recommendations (budget): by August 26
📌 Confirmation of place (budget): by 18:00 August 28
📥 Budget credit: August 29
📥 Enrollment in a contract: until September 30
Additional stages (contract):
🗓 Additional set: not earlier September 1
📥 Enrollment: no later than October 20
