When submitting any budget and contract application, be sure to set a priority, with 1 being the highest priority (i.e. the most desirable proposal for training).
The cost of tuition when enrolling under an application submitted under a contract may compensate for receiving a state grant. The main condition for receiving a grant is submitting an application with NMT results that meet the requirements specified in the Admission Procedure.
Please note! If necessary, you can submit two separate applications for one competitive proposal: the first - on the budget/contract, second - exclusively on contract. But the applications will have different priorities!
All applications will participate in the targeted placement algorithm, and a recommendation can only be made for one of the applications. However, if you receive a budget recommendation and refuse to implement this recommendation, you also lose the opportunity to receive a grant!
According to the Procedure for Admission to Higher Education in 2025 You can submit in total, on all grounds of admission, up to five applications for places in a state or regional order and up to fifteen applications for all funding sources.
Please note the minimum number of points from the entrance exams in the competitive offer (ICD column), as well as (competition score), with which an applicant can be admitted to participate in the competitive selection.
The competitive score for admission based on the PZSO and NRK5 cannot be less than 150 points for specialties C3 "International Relations", D4 "Public Management and Administration", D8 "Right", D9 "International Law", I1 "Dentistry", I2 "Medicine", I3 "Pediatrics", I4 "Medical Psychology", I8 "Pharmacy (by specialization)". The competitive score for admission to the budget for other specialties cannot be less 130 (except for the children of the fallen defenders of Ukraine).
If you have special admission conditions (benefits), we recommend that before submitting applications for admission, contact the educational institution with supporting documents to enter this information into the EDEBO. If information about benefits has been entered, then when registering the application you will be able to select the appropriate benefit with which the application will be submitted. The list of benefits is posted in "Information materials» for the beginner.
Please note that benefits that qualify for transfer from contract to budget can be added at various stages of enrollment, including after submitting an application.
Please provide information about obtaining the selected degree (level) with budget funds:
- never obtained – it is necessary to indicate if admission based on the PZSO or NRK5 is being made for the first time;
- already obtained previously – it is necessary to indicate if admission based on the PZSO or NRK5 has already been obtained;
- already obtained previously (training not completed) – must be indicated if admission based on the PZSO or NQF has not yet been completed.

In 2025, the following certificate results will be accepted:
- or the 2022 national multi-subject test;
- or the 2023 national multi-subject test;

- or the 2025 national multi-subject test.

After processing by the educational institution, the application acquires the status of "Registered at an educational institution". If the educational institution enters information about the time and place of entrance exams, it is displayed in the submitted application in the field "Time and place of the tests (interview/creative competition/professional test, etc.)»:
Cancellation of application by the applicant:
In case of erroneous application submission, you have the option to CANCEL the submitted application and, if necessary, reapply for another competitive offer.
«Canceled by entrant» – the submitted application is considered as not submitted. This status is assigned to the application, if it is canceled by the entrant in your personal email account before the application is assigned the status "Registered at an educational institution" or "Requires clarification by the applicant." In this case, the applicant has the right to submit a new application with the same priority!
«Canceled by the applicant (without the right to submit a new application with the same priority)» – an application submitted, in which priority was established, was canceled by the applicant in his personal electronic account after the application is assigned the status "Registered at an educational institution" or "Requires clarification by the applicant", but before the application deadline. In this case, the applicant loses the opportunity to submit a new application with the same priority!
