On August 5, a powerful offline event was held in the public space "With Myrnograd in the Heart" as part of the "DIY Community" mini-grant competition with the support of UNICEF, organized by the youth of the Udachno community. It was a real "SkillDvizh" day - improving skills, making new acquaintances, and finding yourself.
The guest speaker was psychologist Kateryna Zhurbilyuk, who conducted the Personality Professional Orientation Test (D. Holland) with the participants.
The results helped:
- better understand your own interests and strengths;
- determine the areas of activity that are suitable for each participant;
- see possible paths for professional development and training.
In addition to testing, participants talked with Kateryna about educational programs and opportunities for admission to GIIM, and learned about the prospects for study and professional realization.
The day was full of activities: participants built a map of their own development, improved their soft skills, talked about important things, and were inspired by each other's stories.
With each exercise and conversation, it became clearer in which direction to move to realize my dreams.
From psychologist Kateryna Zhurbilyuk:
"I am sincerely grateful for the invitation to be a part of this bright day!"
It was especially nice to meet my students, to see them in new roles and with new dreams.
Working offline is a completely different level of interaction: you feel live energy, see eyes, reactions, emotions.
I'm glad that we didn't just talk about professional choices, but also created a safe space where you can ask any questions and look for your own answers.
After such meetings, you live for a long time with a feeling of inspiration and faith in youth — and that is priceless!”
