WE EXPAND CONTACTS WITH COLLEAGUES AND PRODUCERS

The last month of the year turned out to be “hot” at the invitation of the teachers of the Department of Domestic and Foreign History to meetings with colleagues and applicants from other educational institutions. Thus, the teachers of the Department Yulia Rostyslavivna Stukanova and Valery Oleksandrovych Bohunenko took part in an interdisciplinary lecture-discussion on the subject “Fundamentals of Philosophical Knowledge” for applicants of the Higher Vocational School “Druzhkiv Housing and Communal Services College of DonNABA”. The teacher of the subject, a postgraduate student of the Department Yevgeny Vasyliev proposed a topical and complex problem “Philosophy of Sex and Gender. From Ancient Dualism to Postmodern Identity”. Yu.R. Stukanova focused the students’ attention on the key difference between the concepts "sex" and "gender", revealing the dynamics of the formation of gender ideas in different eras, the influence of social norms on the role of a person in society and modern challenges associated with cultural diversity and transformations of identity. V. O. Bohunenko, director of the Chasovoyarsk Historical and Local History Museum, offered a historical and philosophical view of the problem of sex and gender: from mythological ideas of antiquity and the Platonic doctrine of androgynes to medieval ideas, modern concepts of social roles and postmodern pluralism of identities. The session was meaningful and intellectually rich.

The baton of colleagues was accepted by Professor G. P. Dokashenko, who, as a guest lecturer, met with teachers and students of the Volodymyr Hnatyuk Ternopil National Pedagogical University. The meeting was joined by students of the A. S. Makarenko Sumy State Pedagogical University and the Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University. The topic of the lecture is “Historical Education in the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Donetsk Oblast (Attempt at an Analytical Note)”.
