Project Managers Meeting: Summary and Results of 2025

On December 22, 2025, a meeting of BURN project managers took place.

National Coordinator Iryna Zadorozhna introduced those present to the results of the work for 2025, reminded them of the need to submit reports, and proposed deadlines.

Those responsible for the work packages reported on the status of the tasks.

During this year of work, the project has fully completed the development of two new courses for the bachelor's level "Crisis Online Counseling" and the master's level "Mindfulness Art Therapy of Trauma", as well as the module "Working with Refugees and War Survivors" for postgraduate students. Piloting of the courses has begun at Kherson, Ternopil, Melitopol universities and the State Institute of International Relations. Students filled out questionnaires to assess the quality of the courses. At the moment, the bachelor's level course has been evaluated by 50 applicants, the master's level course by 182 applicants, and the postgraduate course by 30. Preliminary feedback is positive. The final analysis of the feedback will be conducted after piloting the courses at other universities in the second semester.

Psychological Resilience and Wellbeing Centers have opened and are active in all universities. Information about the centers' work is being disseminated through social networks. To collect feedback and assess the quality of the centers' work, it was proposed to develop anonymous questionnaires for the centers' clients. In these questionnaires, the centers' clients will

Representative of the Berlin Psychoanalytic University, Lars Kucine, highly appreciated the developed material for two series of trainings (16 hours and 40 hours), which will be held in the spring semester as part of the work of the Centers for Psychological Resilience.

Kateryna Bondar from Kryvyi Rih Pedagogical University, responsible for the dissemination of project results, demonstrated the updated project website, provided quantitative indicators of the project's audience reach on social networks, emphasized that Facebook pages work better than LinkedIn, and asked partners to fill out reporting tables on dissemination and communication.

Project Manager from GIIM Tetyana Borozentseva spoke about the results of the analysis of the quality assessment questionnaires of the roundtable "The work of the Centers for Psychological Resilience and Well-being". 131 people took part in the survey. The feedback was positive, and work is underway on a text version of the report.

The National Coordinator congratulated everyone on the upcoming holidays, wished them peace, psychological stability, and success in implementing the project's objectives.
