On January 20, 2026, the second session for teachers and employees of the Center for Psychological Resilience was held at the GIIM. The cycle of emotionally stabilizing sessions was initiated by the rector of the Donbas State Pedagogical University, Professor, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences Svitlana Omelchenko.
The topic of the meeting is "Me and my inner world" — was dedicated to self-discovery and working with one's own emotional state. Participants had the opportunity to turn to their inner child, emotional "I", and the multifaceted world of experiences, where joys, fears, and hopes are combined.
A special place in the class was occupied by art therapy practice, offered by the leader of the psychological workshop. It became a source of inspiration and positive mood, which, according to the participants, will help maintain emotional balance during the working week.
"This meeting gave me the opportunity to stop and listen to myself. I feel more inner harmony and strength for new tasks," shared one of the participants of the class.
The psychological well-being of employees of an educational institution is the main task of the Center for Psychological Resilience of the GIIM, which carries out its work with the support of the Erasmus+ KA2 BURN project "Strengthening Psychological Resilience and Well-being of the University Community in the (Post)War Ukrainian State" (BURN – ERASMUS-EDU-2023-CBHE), funded by the European Union.
