Educational and research center of modern technologies for the formation of professional competence Horliv Institute of Foreign Languages The state higher educational institution "Donbas State Pedagogical University" provides educational services on a contractual basis "Training courses" for teachers of the humanitarian cycle, practical psychologists, managers in the field of education, civil servants, entrepreneurs, specialists in various fields of activity under special short-term programs (30 hours - 1 ECTS credit). Distance education in groups of 10 to 20 people.
Three programs were successfully tested in remote mode:
- "Effective business interaction and conflict-free communication" (Ph.D., Associate Professor Borozentseva T.V.) - 35 employees of the Bakhmut-Lyman joint administration of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the Donetsk region.
- "Modern psychotechnologies of the process of effective sales" - 9 employees of the enterprise "Inter Furniture Center LLP".
- "Business Ukrainian Language" (Ph.D., Assoc. Titova O.B., Kolosova O.V.) - 108 employees of the Slavic Department of Social Protection of the Population.
In January 2021, we won a tender for the provision of professional development services for teachers of the humanitarian cycle and management personnel of the Department of Education of the Bakhmut City Council under the special short-term program "Psychological and pedagogical models of accompanying children with special educational needs in the conditions of innovative pedagogical management."
