Horlivskyi inyaz is a multilingual family, where all the languages they learn are respected and celebrated. Traditionally, our Spaniards celebrated Castilian Day, which is celebrated on April 23.
On the eve of the holiday on April 22, students of the Faculty of Romano-Germanic Languages decided to arrange a virtual trip to Spain. The teachers of the department of French and Spanish languages Kokorina Lyudmila Volodymyrivna, Chabanova Inna Vyacheslavivna and Kokhanova Kateryna Valentynivna together with the winners went to the most picturesque regions of Spain. The walk began in Catalonia, then we visited Andalusia, got to know the Basque Country, and finally walked around Madrid. So vividly and casually, we discovered the cultural features of the most famous regions of Spain, learned interesting facts from the history of the kingdom, got acquainted with the specificity and variety of dialects of the Spanish language.
Guests from Spain added richness to the trip. Maria del Mar Badia Martin, professor of the Department of Developmental and Educational Psychology of the Autonomous University of Barcelona, joined the meeting and spoke about the peculiarities of education in Catalonia. Our students had the opportunity to ask questions and learn first-hand about Spanish university life.
