June 11, 2021 is the first day of training on the basics of non-violent communication, combating burnout, gender-oriented approaches to education for teachers of the GIIIM, which is held as part of the USAID project "Democratic Governance in Eastern Ukraine". 

Trainer Anna Gladka organized today's training in such a way that each of the twenty teachers participating in the training felt like a member of the same friendly team, was able to openly talk about exciting topics related to pedagogical communication and learn how to turn conflict into new productive opportunities for team relations. 

The participants of the training are grateful to the organizers of the event for the comfortable living conditions at the hotel "Karpatsky zori" (Yaremche, Ivano-Frankivsk region), interesting experiences from the trip and new knowledge that will contribute to the development of the GIIIM.
