On June 22, 2021, the second group of teachers of the Horliv Institute of Foreign Languages actively took up the baton of participation in a series of trainings on the problems of psychological adaptation in conditions of emotional burnout as part of the implementation of the "Democratic Governance in Eastern Ukraine" Project, funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in Yaremche, Ivano-Frankivsk region.
On the first day of work, the teachers got acquainted with the basics of nonviolent communication: feelings, needs, strategies and acquired practical skills in responding to a negative message (trainer Anna Gladka).
The second day was devoted to combating internal burnout, namely, diagnosing the level of emotional burnout, developing behavioral markers of "emotional burnout". Team work allowed teachers to identify the symptoms of emotional burnout and find opportunities to influence the causes of their occurrence (trainer Olga Frolova).
