Spanish is a member of the Indo-European language family, which is spoken by more than a third of the world's population. Other members of this family of languages include French, English, German, Slavic, Scandinavian and several Indian languages. Spanish also belongs to the subcategory of Romance, a small family group of languages that includes Portuguese, French, Catalan, Italian and Romanian.
On November 8, as part of the Spanish Language Week, there was a live broadcast among entrants. Participants were invited to watch the video presentation "Interesting facts about Spain".
After watching the presentation, the participants performed test tasks.
Thus, the subject week not only deepened the knowledge of Spanish, but also became a source of positive emotions, mobilization of creative efforts, as a result, increased motivation to learn the language and culture of another country.
