Dear colleagues,
Despite the tragic events of the Russian-Ukrainian war, the Fulbright program confirms its presence in Ukraine, continues its activities and accepts applications from Ukrainian contestants for scholarships to study, do internships and conduct research in the United States!
To June 30, 2022 the submission of the application package of documents for participation in the competition continues FULBRIGHT FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHING ASSISTANT (FLTA) Program for the 2023-2024 academic year.
If you:
- ready to learn for yourself and teach others,
- dream of new horizons,
- you want to tell the world about Ukraine,
- and your Ukrainian and English are at a high level
- Try your hand at the FLTA program: an internship in Ukrainian language teaching (assistance to American teachers) in US universities / colleges lasting nine months.
They can take part in the competition beginning teachers and young professionals under the age of 30specializing in linguistics, Ukrainian literature, translation studies, communications, journalism, American studies, English language teaching. Applicants must have a master's or bachelor's degree at the time of the scholarship (July 2023).
FLTA Program - a program for energetic novice educators, mature in judgment, professionally knowledgeable; able to successfully perform the functions of both teacher and assistant; easy to get used to the student atmosphere, cooperate with teachers and administration of the guest institution.
