The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the international non-profit organization ORCID have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation, which provides for joint efforts to build research infrastructure, including encouraging the use of persistent identifiers in national scientific information systems, repositories and more.

Within the framework of cooperation with ORCID, work has begun on the establishment of a national consortium ORCID, participation in which will enable higher education institutions and research institutions of Ukraine to integrate ORCID into their institutional repositories, electronic archives.

Our institute has expressed a desire to join the formation of the National Consortium ORCID in Ukraine. The State Scientific and Technical Library invites everyone interested to an information webinar "Consortium ORCID in Ukraine: advantages and opportunities »which will take place June 8 about 11.00 o'clock on the Zoom platform.
