The people's adoption of their most important law marked the birth of a free state! So let this date in the calendar not be an empty sound for us and let every citizen say with dignity that we really have the country we deserve and the laws we adopted ourselves. Let Kyiv, like all of Ukraine, forever remain independent and powerful.
