Before starting registration, choose a position "Entry for obtaining a higher, professional pre-higher education based on a certificate of complete general secondary education (11 grades)" and be sure to familiarize yourself with the materials "Information for the entrant" on the site page.

After reading the information materials, the main terms of the introductory campaign and regulatory documents, click on the button "Entrant's electronic cabinet" (https://vstup.edbo.gov.ua) and register according to the instructions, using the data of the NMT certificate (ZNO) and the data of the certificate/certificate of the complete general secondary education (PZSO).
In the entrant's electronic account:
- fill in the required personal data and upload a scanned copy of the photo;
– review competitive offers for admission;
- submit applications to institutions of higher education of Ukraine (from July 29, 2022) and view their current status.
