We inform you that applicants from territorial communities located in areas of military (combat) operations, or which are under temporary occupation, encirclement (blockade) after February 24, 2022, provided they have certificates of general secondary education (or at least their details!), can enter higher education institutions under simplified admission procedure - without passing a national multi-subject test.
