About the anonymous survey on the management of permanent metadata for the procedure of registration of scientific events in Ukraine

The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, together with the State Scientific and Technical Library of Ukraine, invites you to participate in an anonymous survey on the topic: "Management of permanent metadata for the procedure of registration of scientific events in Ukraine for non-formal and informal education"
(https://forms.gle/wuLxhTDDVqm5yuJZ6).

The mentioned survey will make it possible to take into account the necessary metadata for the registration of scientific events in Ukraine, as well as the creation of appropriate tools for participants and providers of scientific events of non-formal and informal education.

The responses received from the survey will be taken into account during the development of the National Electronic Scientific Information System (URIS) module, which will help unify the collection of information on one platform about scientific events, automate the event registration process, ensure access for the general public of scientists to information on scientific events in Ukraine, to popularize scientific events at the international level, as well as the opportunity to obtain information about each provider of non-formal and informal education events, which will protect scientists from participating in unscrupulous scientific events.

Please help in conducting the survey as follows:

  • to inform the staff of the institution/institution about conducting the survey;
  • to post on official websites, social networks regarding the conduct of this survey.

The survey is conducted until August 30, 2022, inclusive, under conditions of complete anonymity. The desired number of respondents (who were engaged in the organization of scientific events or directly organized conferences) from the institution/institution is up to 30 people.
