1. Who carries out the registration for participation in entrance tests for master's/postgraduate studies?  

Registration for participation in the entrance tests for the master's degree - EVI and EFVV - is carried out by the selection committee of the GIIIM.

2. When the corresponding registration is carried out:

Stages of registration:
main registration period: from May 2 to 23, 2025;
additional registration period*: from June 16 to 17, 2025.

* In the additional period (June 16–17) those persons who were unable to do so during the main registration period will be able to register for passing the EFFV and/or EVI.

3. Who and on what trials must be registered to receive the right to participate in the competitive selection for admission to study at the master's / educational-scientific level

4. In which field should an applicant take the EFVV, does it depend on the admission program or specialty?

The specialty of the EFVV depends on the specialty of the program that the person intends to enter.

5. Is it possible to submit documents for registration remotely? If so, how to do it?

Registration of entrants can be carried out both in the personal presence of the entrant and remotely.

For those who register with the selection committee in person:

Time of receiving documents: from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Address of the selection committee: St. Naukova, 13 (room 410, educational building #9 of the Dnipro National University), Dnipro.

For remote registration

the entrant must send to the e-mail address of the selection committee (selection@forlan.org.ua) scanned copies (photocopies) of the following documents:

• a completed application-questionnaire with the information necessary for the preparation of the examination sheet, on which the qualified electronic signature (KEP) of the entrant is superimposed;
• identity document;
• registration number of the taxpayer's registration card (except for persons who refuse to accept this number due to religious beliefs: they must provide a document confirming the reason for not entering information about the number in the questionnaire);
• a document on the obtained degree of higher education (educational and qualification level) (for persons who have completed their studies);
• a certificate issued at the place of study, regarding the planned completion of studies and obtaining a diploma in the year of admission - for persons whose personal data are not entered into the Unified State Database on Education), (except for graduates of the Horliv Institute of Foreign Languages);
• a medical report in the form of primary accounting documentation No. 086-3/o (if special conditions need to be created);
• photo cards for documents (black and white or color) with an image corresponding to the age of the entrant.

After processing of the application form and documents by the selection committee to the entrant's e-mail box, from which the documents were received, is sent in response registration card.

The entrant has check for correctness entered in the registration card information and:

• in the absence of comments: sign the registration card, scan the signed registration card and send the scanned copy to the responsible person of the selection committee (selection@forlan.org.ua);
• if there are comments: notify about these comments to the responsible person (by phone: Andrii Gennadiyovych (+380 50 428 53 54) or by e-mail (selection@forlan.org.ua) to make the necessary changes.

  Registered participants of EVI and EFVV will receive to their e-mail addresses examination sheet.

It will be indicated in the examination paper data for logging in to the information page "Office of the participant of entrance exams for the master's degree" (https://zno.testportal.com.ua/master/login).

Until June 17 participants registered for the main session of the entrance tests will receive on their information pages invitations-passes, where it will be indicated date, time and place of testing.

To July 26  participants of the additional session will receive such information.

Information about results of the main session on a scale of 100–200 points will be placed on the information pages of the participants of the main session by July 20, participants of the additional session - until August 20.

6. When will the entrance tests - EVI and EFVV be held?

Entrance tests will take place in two sessions:

• main session: June 24 - July 15; 
• additional session: July 31 - August 14.
