On February 23, 2023, a meeting of the representatives of the educational and professional program support groups was held: Practical psychology; Secondary education (Ukrainian language and literature). Psychology; Secondary education (History). Psychology; Secondary education (Language and literature (English)). Psychology. The topic of the meeting is the improvement of the content and organization of the psychological work practice of applicants of the second (master's) level of higher education.

Stakeholders were invited to discuss the specified problem:

• potential employers - Oksana Derkachuk, director of the Clever Space Development Center; Oksana Mykolaivna Kaduk, specialist in mental health programs of the international humanitarian organization "Doctors of the World"; Reshevska Vira Oleksandrivna, director of the Bakhmut city center of social services;
• higher education graduates - Yulia Gnoeva (group 505 a), Yevhen Terekhov (group 507 a), Olga Tkachenko (group 507 a).

Oksana Derkachuk drew attention to the importance of trainees mastering the skills of preliminary diagnosis of a psychological problem in each specific case of providing psychological assistance and the formation of the ability to adequately identify, develop and carry out corrective actions. In the process of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of practice programs, it was discussed about options for its organization in a remote format, about the connection with the topics of scientific studies of masters, about the flexibility of approaches to the formulation of individual practice tasks, about the possibilities of improving methodical recommendations for applicants.

Each such joint professional conversation increases the quality of the educational product, provides guidance and confidence that the training of practical psychologists at GIIIM is carried out at a high professional level and in accordance with the challenges of the times.
