Attention entrants of 2023!
From today - from April 3 -
registration for participation in this year's event has begun
national multi-subject test (NMT)!
All your further steps related to admission to a higher education institution will be carried out primarily through the applicant's E-CABINETS.
To register for participation in NMT, you need create a personal account yourself on the website of the Ukrainian Center for Evaluation of the Quality of Education (https://testportal.gov.ua/) and perform the following actions in it:
- enter personal data and information regarding participation in NMT;
- upload scanned copies and/or photocopies of registration documents in electronic form;
- confirm the desire to participate in the NMT;
- send the entered information and copies of documents to the regional center for processing;
- to form the NMT Certificate of 2023.
Scanned copies of the following documents must be uploaded to the electronic cabinet:
- a passport document or other identity document, on the basis of which registration for participation in the NMT is carried out;
- a document confirming information about education: a certificate from the place of study, which confirms that the person completes full general secondary education in 2023 (for this year's graduates), or a certificate of full general secondary education (for graduates of previous years);
- a document confirming the entered information about the registration number of the taxpayer's registration card (RNOCPP): taxpayer's card or passport of a citizen of Ukraine, in which information about the RNOCPP is entered.
We pay attention, that in the absence of a document confirming information about education for a good reason (theft, loss, etc.), for registration at the NMT, an extract from the Unified State Electronic Database on Education can be used for documents about education and information about the training of a person who can be formed on the website of the Unified State Electronic Database on Education at the link https://info.edbo.gov.ua/check-person/
As needed copies are attached:
- name change certificates, and/or marriage certificates, and/or divorce certificates (for persons whose documents contain discrepancies in personal data);
- a medical opinion on the creation of special (special) conditions for external evaluation according to the form of primary accounting documentation No. 086-3/o "Medical opinion on the creation of special (special) conditions for external independent evaluation", approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Ministry of of Health Protection of Ukraine dated August 29, 2016 No. 1027/900 (for persons with special educational needs);
- a notarized Ukrainian translation of the documents submitted for registration (for persons who submit documents drawn up in a foreign language);
- a document confirming the reason for not entering information about the RNOCPP;
- a document confirming the reason that makes it impossible to participate in the main sessions of the NMT.
Each copy of the document that you upload to your personal account must be a scanned or photographed copy of its original in the form of a separate file in .png or .jpg format, no larger than 1 MB; the image must be clear and full-sized (without clipping the sides of the document); the text on the image should be legible and easy to read.
Also, during registration, you can choose the subject of an additional block and specify the settlement in Ukraine or abroad, where he will be on the days of the NMT - this information will be used to allocate participants to temporary examination centers.
We draw your attention to the fact that the subjects included in the main block of the NMT - Ukrainian language and mathematics - will be automatically indicated in the registration service, so you will need to choose only one of the subjects of the second block of the NMT from the proposed list. It is not possible to choose several subjects of an additional block, since the NMT will be integral (it will consist of two blocks, which will include three subjects), so registration for testing with a smaller or larger number of subjects is not possible.
After sending the information for processing until May 7 in a personal office it will be possible to make changes to information about:
the name of the subject of the additional block from which the applicant wishes
pass the test;
the settlement in Ukraine or abroad, where he will be on the days of the NMT;
the need to pass NMT during additional sessions.
Confirmation of the fact of registration there is a Certificate for participation in NMT. You will be able to create it in your personal account if the regional center confirms your registration for participation in the NMT. This function will be available no later than seven calendar days from the date of sending the information for processing.
