Mental health is, first of all, the absence of any deviations and mental illnesses. But sometimes even a completely healthy person is in an unstable state and has problems in the emotional and psychological spheres. And therefore, a more accurate definition of the analyzed concept is social and psychological well-being, which allows you to live a full life: realize yourself and reveal your potential, work productively, feel satisfaction, make a certain contribution to social life. 

No one is immune from accidents, various losses, difficult situations. But it is necessary not to limit oneself to experiences, not to focus on them, not to succumb to depression, but to act, to look for a way out, to try more and more new options.

  1. Do not succumb to emotions, but do not suppress them either, establish full-fledged relationships with people.
  2. Emotions are phenomena that encompass our body, mind, and energy. Here it is important to discharge the accumulated feelings.
  3. Concentrate if you want to find out the essence of the problem.
  4. Having noticed the negative emotions of other people, reveal your active listening skills, support other people's desire to develop higher self-esteem, feel your significance and individuality.
  5. Never avoid personal responsibility.
  6. Do not only develop your own opinion, but also express it.
  7. Strive to independently solve all issues related to your life.
  8. Don't be afraid of mistakes - just admit them and correct them in a timely manner.
  9. Do not abuse coffee, alcohol.
  10. Constantly focus on the bright and joyful aspects of life and events - this will preserve health and contribute to success.
