The end of the school year is always a time to summarize, determine results and lessons, and understand the prospects of our work. An important fact here was the participation of our students of higher education of the first (bachelor) level in the work of the Summer School in Poland, which was conducted by one of the oldest and most famous educational institutions in the country - Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan.
The history of the University is more than 400 years old, going back to the legacy of the Ljubran Academy, founded in 1519 by Bishop Jan Ljubransky. In its current form, the University has existed since 1919. The main areas of study at the University are: humanitarian, social, natural sciences and art history. Our institute was represented by Hanna Rvachova (gr. 402 a) and Anastasia Nazarenko (gr. 202 a). The subject matter of the Summer School covered both questions of world history, such as "Main stages of Ukrainian-Polish relations of the 20th century", and questions of a methodological nature regarding the use of interdisciplinary methods in archaeological practice. The summer school became a platform for active discussion of the tasks of historical education in general, development of new forms of Ukrainian-Polish cooperation in higher education and, of course, youth communication. The practice of participating in such events is an invaluable communication experience for both its participants and organizers.
