On October 6, 2023, a meeting of representatives of the administration of the Horliv Institute of Foreign Languages and associate professor Olena Yasinetska, the guarantor of translation studies bachelor's and master's educational programs, took place in the city hall of Birmingham in England, with stakeholder Victoria Radchenko.

Mrs. Viktoria heads the NGO "Ecological Initiative", where students of the second (master's) level of higher education of the State Institute of Higher Education undergo practical translation practice. In addition, Ms. Victoria holds the position of the authorized team of the project "Home for Ukraine" of the department of social assistance for adults in the City Hall of Birmingham. As part of her duties, Ms. Victoria takes care of the problems of Ukrainian refugees in Birmingham. Aspects of the implementation of the bilateral cooperation agreement were discussed.
