The Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Youth and Sports is planning to consider, in the order of control, the issue of analyzing the practice of applying the Law of Ukraine "On the Basic Principles of Youth Policy" No. 1414-IX of April 27, 2023.
The analysis will be conducted in accordance with the method of post-legislative scrutiny (post-legislative scrutiny), which is used by many parliaments of the world and which can be adapted to the Ukrainian system of parliamentary control.
In order to carry out a comprehensive analysis, the Committee needs to collect information and an evidence base that will allow assessing the effectiveness of the provisions of the Law.
Three categories of subjects who possess relevant knowledge, professional competence or experience are invited to the survey process:
- natural persons, aged from 14 to 35 years;
- subjects of youth work (youth and children's public associations, other public associations, youth councils, bodies (organizations) of student and student self-government, youth centers, youth workers, youth advisors, charitable organizations, informal youth organizations unity);
- local state administrations and local self-government bodies within their powers.
To provide an answer to the request, it is necessary to fill out the appropriate Google form, developed individually for a separate subject of the survey, at the following link:

- for subjects of youth work - http://surl.li/nuilt.
By answering the questions proposed by the Committee, the proposed categories will be able to share their experience and express their opinion, which will help the Committee to better find out which provisions of the Law are effective and which need improvement.
Participation in the survey is anonymous.
The survey will be conducted until December 31, 2023 inclusive.
