Within the scope of the work of the scientific-problem group "Modern challenges of medical and clinical psychology" (scientific supervisor, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Psychology Nina Volodymyrivna Kolyadenko) December 8, 2023 will be held Round table dedicated to the International Day of People with Disabilities, which is celebrated by the world community every year on December 3.
We invite teachers and students of psychological specialties of the Institute of Medical Sciences to a joint discussion of the following issues:

- The system of institutional facilities providing assistance to persons with disabilities in Ukraine
- The role of public organizations and volunteers in providing assistance to persons with disabilities

- A disabled child and childhood disability: essence of concepts and psychosocial aspects
- Psychological assistance and support for families in the event of the birth of a child with a disabling disease (birth defects, genetic pathology, birth injuries)
- Psychological assistance to families raising a disabled child, psychological support
- Disability due to occupational diseases: causes, current state in Ukraine
- The problem of disability due to military trauma (military, civilians, children)
- MSEK as a structure, functions, reform project, forecasting consequences
- The concept of rehabilitation potential of the individual, its psychological component
