Traditionally, the Budapest Open Access Initiative is commemorated in mid-February (Budapest Open Access Initiative), which was announced on February 14, 2002, the purpose of which is the free and free dissemination of scientific knowledge.

On February 15, a webinar was held in Ukrainian by the Clarivate campaign. The webinar discussed what is new in the field of open science and open access. Open publications of Ukrainian scientists were analyzed using Web of Science and InCites. We stopped at the new indexes of preprints and dissertations, mentioned business models of journals and how to find open access publications and those with free publications.
