We sincerely congratulate you all on International Women's Day!

Dear colleagues - teachers, graduates, students and future entrants to GIIIM!

We sincerely congratulate you all on International Women's Day!

The eighth of March is now celebrated throughout the civilized world. This holiday is more modern and relevant than ever, as this day celebrates the achievements of women regardless of national borders, ethnic, linguistic, cultural, economic and political differences.

The idea of holding International Women's Day first arose at the beginning of the 20th century, when the industrialized world was going through a period of upheaval, a demographic boom and the emergence of radical ideologies. Since those early years, International Women's Day has taken on a new global dimension for women in both developed and developing countries. The growing International Women's Movement, strengthened by the four global UN Women's Conferences, helped turn this event into a major momentum. It is provided by a coordinated effort in the struggle to give women the right and opportunity to participate in political and economic processes.

Let's recall the history of the movement for women's rights. The UN Charter, signed in San Francisco in 1945, became the first international agreement that proclaimed the equality of men and women as a basic human right. Since then, the United Nations has contributed to the creation of a historic vault of agreed strategies, standards, programs and goals designed to improve the situation of women worldwide.

Over the years, the UN and its specialized agencies have worked to involve women as equal partners in programs to achieve sustainable development, peace, security, and full respect for human rights. The empowerment of women remains one of the central areas of the UN's efforts to solve social, economic and political problems around the world.

Gender equality and the well-being of women in all spheres of life are more important than ever if the international community is to create a prosperous economy and a healthy atmosphere among the population. Gender equality is the main modern task in the field of human rights, from the successful solution of which everyone will benefit.

Dear colleagues! We wish the women of our country and the whole world to move towards intellectual and spiritual progress! Let's make the most active efforts to realize our creative potential, join large-scale planning and construction - a happy, bright, dignified future for new generations depends on it!
