This year, our institute celebrated together with the whole of Ukraine 210th Birthday outstanding Ukrainian poet, artist, thinker Taras Hryhorovych Shevchenko, who became for the Ukrainian nation not only a genius, but also an ideologue and a prophet... Every year our students participate in the Taras Shevchenko International Language and Literary Competition for Pupils and Student Youth, various festivals and events organized by our country, and win. This year was no exception.

Akhman Veronika, Iryna Denysenko, Alisa Koroleva, Ksenia Fomenko and Yuliya Shcherbina of the GIIM students took an active part in the annual All-Ukrainian IV Open online festival for the birthday of T. G. Shevchenko "Shevchenko in the circle of modern youth" and presented their creative projects-recitations of T. Shevchenko's poems to a highly qualified jury.
