The selection committee of the Horliv Institute of Foreign Languages of the Donbas State Pedagogical University organizes admissions to study at the GIIIM based on competitive offers of the first (bachelor's), second (master's) and third (educational and scientific) levels of higher education.

The conditions for admission to GIIM and the terms of the admission campaign are determined by the Rules for Admission to GIIM of the State Higher Educational Institution of the State Pedagogical University of Ukraine in 2025.
