Entrants to the postgraduate course must personally submit the following documents in paper form (with the consent of the educational institution - remotely using electronic means of communication - the documents must be signed with a qualified electronic signature):

• application for entrance exams;
• application for participation in the admissions competition;
• a copy of the document (state model) about the previously obtained educational (educational and qualification) level of master's / specialist, on the basis of which the admission is made;
• certificate of completion of EVI 2023, 2024;
• a copy of the identity document provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On the Unified State Demographic Register and documents confirming the citizenship of Ukraine, certifying the person or his special status";
• a copy of the registration number of the taxpayer's registration card (RNOKPP);
• a copy of the work book (if available);
• personnel record sheet (with a photo card), certified by the personnel department at the last place of work or study;
• 2 color photo cards 3×4;
• a copy of the military registration document (for conscripts - a military ticket or a temporary certificate of a conscript, for conscripts - a certificate of registration at the conscription station, for reservists - a military ticket);
• a research proposal in the chosen specialty;
• list of published scientific works and inventions; prints of published articles / abstracts (if available);
• recommendation of the Academic Council of the institution of higher education (if available);
• a copy of the certificate of state registration of the act of civil status (if there are discrepancies in the surname, first name, patronymic, etc., indicated in the documents on previous education and in the identity document).
