The agenda of the meeting included the planning of project activities for the 2024-2025 academic year according to the work packages.
The participants of the meeting discussed financial issues, in particular, the payment of business trips and the procedure for payments to working groups. Managers approved the forms of reporting on work performed and general financial reporting on work packages.
Those responsible for the work packages outlined the tasks to be completed during the current period of project implementation. The participants of the meeting planned to hold round tables, and also discussed the issues of development and approval of the charter of the university center of psychological assistance.
The partners agreed on the dates and details of the study visits. The first study visit will take place from September 23 to 27 at Riga University, Latvia. The visit will be devoted to the study of Latvian education in teaching educational disciplines in psychology, in particular crisis psychology. The host confirmed their readiness to receive guests and provided useful tips for travelers. The participants of the meeting paid special attention to the dissemination of information about the events and results of the project.
The GIIM team is responsible for the "Quality Control" work package. Project manager Tetyana Borozentseva presented the analysis of the questionnaires filled out by the listeners of the webinars on the exchange of experience of European universities "University psychological service and support" and "Principles of creating courses in the European Union". The participants of the webinars highly appreciated the quality of the preparation and conducting of the webinars, and expressed their wishes for improving the preparation for such events.
All participants of the meeting confirmed their readiness to work hard to achieve high-quality results of the project.
