On September 2, 2019, the Horlivka Institute of Foreign Languages solemnly welcomed its freshmen and their parents. Dedication to students is a significant event for the families of those who this year passed the entrance exams with honor and fulfilled their dream of obtaining the chosen specialty. Dedication to GIIM students is a traditional holiday, when our institute family is replenished with new youth, who will develop the traditions of the institute in a new, very interesting and exciting period of their lives.

Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor, Director of the Horlivka Institute of Foreign Languages EM Belitska addressed the freshmen with valuable and important instructions and words of congratulations in the introductory speech. During a small quiz, students received from the director of our institute a symbolic key to knowledge that will open all the doors to new achievements.

Performing the tasks of presenters, freshmen received a test book from the Deputy Director for Scientific and Pedagogical and Educational and Methodological Work, Doctor of Philology, Professor Marchenko Tetyana Mykhailivna and a student card from the head of the student government Kucheruk Nazar. The first and last students to settle in the dormitory were awarded survival kits provided by the GIIM trade union.

The festivities are over, and the feast of solemn dedication will remain in everyone's memory forever. Congratulations to you, dear freshmen, on the beginning of student life!
