Congratulations of children of the Nikolaev special boarding school №7

Many people consider December a cold, unfriendly and sad month, but not students of the Horlivka Institute of Foreign Languages. When the fire burns in the heart, there is no time to be sad, you need to share that warmth.
On December 22, the student body of GIIM visited the children of the Mykolayiv special boarding school №7. The funds raised during the charity auction on the eve of St. Nicholas Day were used to buy gifts for schoolchildren - sweets and board games. For three years in a row, our institute has been making such surprises for children on the eve of the New Year holidays, because we are convinced that everyone has the right to a miracle and a fairy tale. In previous years, students greeted boarding school students by correspondence, sending them video greetings and gifts by mail, but this time they were very happy to see the children live.
Mykolayiv Boarding School №7 greeted students with happy smiles and open arms. How many sincere and warm words the students heard this evening from these boys and girls who were so happy to see the guests from the inn in their "home"!
First, on the stage of the assembly hall, students congratulated students on the holidays, sang the song "Nicholas Night of Miracles", handed out gifts. And then there was a real surprise. The children themselves sang for the GIIM applicants to express their gratitude!
But greeting children is not the only purpose of the trip. The most important thing is that the students were able to thank the children for inspiring all of us, the students and friends of the institute, to such good and bright deeds! The love and warmth we give to others is sometimes far more important than the warmth and love we receive. Only when we give warmth and love to those in need, show real care or, in other words, learn to empathize, will we find true happiness.
