On May 31, 35 employees of the Bakhmut-Lyman Joint Administration of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Donetsk region completed online training at the GIIM Training and Research Center for Modern Technologies for Professional Competence Formation of Professional Competence. The course program was developed by Tetiana Valerievna Borozentseva, Candidate of Psychological Sciences.

Students of the courses mastered the technologies of emotional state management, techniques of conflict-free communication, ways out of conflict situations and technologies of effective teamwork. All participants of the program successfully passed the test, passed self-reports and received the appropriate certificates. In the self-reports, the students expressed their gratitude to the scientific supervisor of the program TV Borozentseva for interesting informative lectures and workshops, useful tips and hints that will help them in further work to maintain internal balance, build effective teamwork, conflict-free and productive communication with different categories. .
