On the fourth day of the webinar, Inna Dolya - a practicing psychologist-consultant, supervisor, certified trainer and teacher of the Department of Psychology of the State Institute of Medical Sciences - introduced the participants to such an important topic as "Ambulance for emotional exhaustion".
Exhaustion; lack of energy, strength, desires; feeling like I can't do anything are all common symptoms of emotional burnout.
Each participant of the training "built" a scale of warning signs of fatigue, which will help in the future to monitor the level of exhaustion and preserve their strength.
To survive this state, you need to be in harmony with yourself and your body.
“Everything that is in my life is only my experience; whether he is interesting or sad - but he belongs to me"
Resilience is a person's ability to cope with difficult life events and recover from difficulties or stress. It's like an umbrella that allows us to stay more or less dry in the rain while we continue walking down the street.
We wish everyone to develop this wonderful trait in themselves in order to "live to their own satisfaction".
