The student community demonstrates its achievements to us almost every day. And this is not only achievements in education, which evaluates the manifestation of intellectual abilities and initiative, but also creativity, erudition and motivation for self-development outside of educational activities.
There were many wonderful holidays in March, so the students were busy all month preparing, holding events and participating in competitions (in parallel with their studies, of course)
On March 8, on International Women's Day, the department of educational work with students held a competition called "There is a special mystery in a girl", the purpose of which was to highlight the true inner beauty and femininity. The organizers selected the best, in their opinion, girls and with the help of our permanent sponsors - @kalinkina_photo and @djione.photo - a photo session was held, where each participant had the opportunity to demonstrate her individuality. We have already told you how our students celebrated Shrovetide: it was truly atmospheric and delicious! This holiday coincided with the end of the pedagogic practice of the fourth-year students, so they returned very early;)
From the beginning of February, the fourth-year students underwent pedagogical practice and tried to put the theoretical knowledge they acquired in the classes into practice. This important experience affects everyone differently: someone falls in love with teaching even more, and someone becomes disappointed... But this stage must be overcome by every student of the Horliv Institute of Foreign Languages.
We talked to fourth-year students, and here are their personal beliefs about themselves:
Student: "I did an internship at the Opytnyansk ZZSO. Unfortunately, when selecting practice bases, the place of residence of students was not taken into account, since transport from the dormitory area to the village of Opytne is extremely rare.
At the same time, the teachers and the school administration received me and all the intern students quite hospitably: at all stages of practice, I had the opportunity to consult with the teachers, which I used many times. Thank you very much for their help".
Student: "It turned out to be not as scary as I thought before. The school where I did my internship was pretty good. The subject teachers created all the conditions for me to carry out a full-fledged practice, special thanks to the school director, who personally looked after us throughout the practice. In general, my impressions remained positive. The main thing is not to be afraid of anything :)"
Student: "At the school, we were greeted kindly, introduced to the teaching staff. We were assigned to the class and the class teacher, who helped us in many ways: to orientate ourselves in the lesson, organize the documentation; she introduced us to the children and helped us find an approach to them.
The only problem I overcame every time was the way to the educational institution (transport goes there very rarely), besides, the school lacked modern technical equipment.
And despite everything, I am satisfied with the practice: the children are active and reach for knowledge (which pleasantly surprised me:)"
