On April 15, 2021, another meeting of the competitive commission for the selection of candidates to fill vacant positions of scientific and pedagogical workers was held. The commission reviewed the documents submitted for participation in the competitive selection for the replacement of the vacant position of associate professor of the department of domestic and foreign history for their compliance with the requirements of the "Procedure for holding a competition for the replacement of positions in the separate structural subdivision "Horliv Institute of Foreign Languages" of the State Higher Educational Institution "Donbas State Pedagogical university" and concluding contracts with them".

As a result of the discussion of the submitted materials, positive characteristics and the outline of constructive plans for further work, candidate of historical sciences, senior teacher Yulia Rostyslavivna Stukanova was recommended for the position of associate professor of the department of domestic and foreign history.
