On June 30, 2021, on the basis of the Horliv Institute of Foreign Languages, courses on preparing young people for admission to state institutions of higher education began. Applicants enrolled in the program are residents of the temporarily occupied territories of certain districts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, settlements located on the contact line, as well as the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.
On the first day, the participants met with the director of the GIIIM Yevgenia Mykolaivna Belytska and the deputy director for scientific-pedagogical and educational-methodical work Marchenko Tetyana Mykhaylivna.
The administration of the institute familiarized the participants with the basis of taking courses, the educational activities conducted by the institute, and answered the questions of school graduates regarding the admission campaign and study conditions.
The project manager of courses for young people from TOT, Kokhanova Kateryna Valentynivna, provided all the necessary information regarding accommodation in a dormitory and payment of a scholarship during training in preparatory courses, organization and conduct of psychological, cultural, educational, and sports activities during the period of study.
