Openness, trust, warm emotions, unexpected impressions and insights - this is what developed and flourished during the 90 minutes of communication at the first meeting in HelpCity, which took place online on the evening of November 3, 2021.

Sincere thanks to the participants who so easily and actively joined in the discussion of difficult, sometimes painful, psychological topics. We managed to get to know each other, find common ground; discuss the dangers of our excessive expectations of ourselves and others; understand what motivates people to deceive others, which helps prevent manipulation. Together we decided why we are "attached" to people and then so disappointed in them.

Of course, many questions remain. Therefore, they decided to dedicate the next meeting to the topics: "How to overcome systematic frustration in" romantic "relationships" and "How to choose a dream, a purpose in life."
