The end of the year always encourages us to summarize the results of the past year and determine plans and objectives for the new year. A relatively new phenomenon for higher education in Ukraine is the active involvement in the development and modernization of educational programs of all stakeholders - from applicants to employers who can fully assess the level of educational training of our graduates. Forms of cooperation with them are constantly expanding, filled with new content, and we have already moved from reviewing OP to cooperation in the educational process. 

Last year confirmed the effectiveness of such cooperation, and an example is the new discipline of free choice of applicants "Guide School". In particular, the public organization Center for Support of Public Activity "Wings" was involved in its creation and implementation. The head of the organization, a specialist in the development of domestic tourism Ya.V. Tit and her colleagues MV Kulishov, S.A. Kravchenko held a series of lectures and practical classes at the School, during which several students have already received an offer to join the work of the organization.

Cooperation with stakeholders also affected their educational activities. Thus, the Department of Domestic and Foreign History got acquainted, discussed and approved the pedagogical experience of teachers of Bakhmut educational complex "Secondary school I-III degrees № 11 - multidisciplinary lyceum" Sutkov VL and Chukhlebova OA
