International Book Donation Day (International Book Giving Dayis a voluntary initiative launched in 2012 by an American woman Emmy Broadmoor and coincides with Happy Valentine's Day. It aims to increase interest in and access to books and libraries.

Goal International Book Donation Day- Inspire people around the world to give February 14th book-library, friend, family members. It is believed that on this day should unite and those who donate books, and those who instill a love of reading.

After all book-one of the most valuable inventions of mankind, it sows truth, goodness, love. She will give us answers to all questions and good advice, teach us to live, love and work for the happiness of the people, for themselves and their families.

1st year students of our institute, in particular, Kozakova Julia, Zalesova Vladislava and Kostenko Ivan, at the initiative of the Volunteer Center "OWN»Joined the flash mob #Give_book from the Donetsk regional children's and youth center and  visited to City library for children and donated 3 books to the literary treasury of the library.

So, February 14th not only Valentine's Day, but also the day of giving a book.
