On April 20, 2022, the work of attestation commissions began at the Faculty of Social and Linguistic Communication of the Horlivka Institute of Foreign Languages of the State Pedagogical University of the State Pedagogical University.

A comprehensive exam on the methods of teaching Ukrainian language and literature and the theory and practice of education of graduates of the educational program Professional Education (Ukrainian language and literature; English language and literature or Russian language and literature) distance learning took place online and aimed at checking the level formation of professional competencies of applicants for the first (bachelor's) level of higher education, their readiness to carry out the professional activities of a teacher of Ukrainian language and literature, teacher-organizer of basic secondary school.

Chairman of the attestation commission Cand. philol. Olena Karpina, Associate Professor of the Department of World Literature at the Institute of World Literature, drew attention to the proper level of training of higher education, the depth of theoretical issues and non-standard approach to solving practical problems provided by the exam program.
