In addition to studying at the Horlivka Institute of Foreign Languages, Donbass State Pedagogical University, its students do not forget to develop themselves and participate in various trainings. From May 8 to 15, 2022, students of our institute took part in the international training "Giving back to youth" which took place in Poland. Representatives of other countries, such as Hungary, Poland, Croatia, Belarus, Montenegro, Cyprus, Lithuania, Armenia, Portugal, Georgia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, also took part in the training.

The purpose of this training was to improve the skills of participants as a facilitator. The facilitator is a person who sets the pace of the discussion, directs it in the right direction, warns of conflict moments. At the end of the conversation, he summarizes, formulates a solution to the current problem, acceptable to all team members.

The participants of the training exchanged their experience and knowledge during the tasks both in groups and individually. Students of our institute improved their skills as a facilitator, gained experience and knowledge from participants from other countries. Personally, I really liked this training.
