The main thing in education is not to teach to follow the rules and comply with the requirements, but to teach young people at the subconscious level to realize the importance of spiritual and moral values, their actions and deeds.

Today there is no more east and west of Ukraine - all of us, Ukrainians, are equally fighting for the independence of our state. Unfortunately, the students of our institute traveled to different parts of our country. Employees of the educational department are also in different cities today, but all of them work full time. We are in constant contact with almost every student of our institute. Our department provides psychological support to children who need it. We have repeatedly provided assistance in evacuating students from dangerous cities, placing students in dormitories to find places for their temporary stay. Thanks to the staff of the institute we managed to raise financial aid for a student with a small child. And this is not an isolated case. Students who really found themselves in difficult situations turned to us for help and we, of course, supported them.

 In today's world it is very difficult for a person to do without communication. That is why it plays such a huge role in everyone's life. In addition, the realities of our lives dictate to us such conditions where communication remains an important and perhaps the most important factor for existence in society. Employees of our department constantly communicate with students of our university to find out how our students are doing; each of us shares certain information, tells some life stories, informs about news and events that have happened. Communication helps students talk about their emotional state. About what feelings they have and what experiences they are worried about. That's why our department is constantly keeping an eye on the pulse. And students trust us. And this is the most important reward for us.
